Custom Web systems commonly reference NT$150,000–1,000,000+. Member rosters or a single admin may sit near the low end; subscriptions, payments, many roles, APPs, and complex reports approach or exceed the high end.
API / existing-system integration usually needs the other party’s docs before a separate estimate—it shouldn’t share one undefined total with “build a website.”
What do you need before a quote?
Who will use it, whether you run on Excel or a legacy system, fields that must be kept, and the phase-one must-ship workflow. Without those, numbers are only marketing starting prices.
Process typically runs discovery, system analysis, proposal/quote, UI and data design, development, staging, acceptance, production launch, and warranty.
