You don’t have to start with development. Bring your current workflows, systems, or ideas—within 60 minutes we’ll judge whether it should be done, how, and roughly how much and how long.

  1. Before the meeting

    Leave your current state, data sources, and desired outcomes on the requirements form so the meeting doesn’t start from zero.

  2. 60 minutes

    Online discussion of feasibility, architecture trade-offs, and risk. We don’t write code in this hour.

  3. After the meeting

    Written summary: path, cost range, timeline, and items we advise not to promise.

時程：After booking we schedule a 60-minute online meeting. A written summary follows within a few business days.

費用：NT$2,000–3,000. If Leaf Technology later takes on development for the same project, the consult fee can be credited toward project cost.

  • ・We will not promise accuracy rates or a fixed quote in the meeting before seeing data and workflows.
  • ・For high-risk finance or healthcare automated decisions, we only recommend human confirmation or a PoC first—we won’t green-light production in a consult.

How is this different from the free requirements form on the site?

The form is for booking the next step. The 60-minute consult is a paid work block that gives architecture, cost, timeline, and risk for your case—not just a reply saying “let’s talk more.” To learn how AI requirement analysis works first, see the AI requirement analysis page.

How does the consult fee credit work?

If Leaf Technology later quotes and contracts development for the same need, the paid consult fee is deducted from that project. If you only consult and never sign a development contract, the fee is not refunded.
